Fenggang can be said to have achieved success at a young age, becoming the largest official in the village at the age of 18- the party branch secretary. Then take the school entrance exam and become a teacher. At the age of 23, he was promoted to the countryside with talent and virtue, and appointed as the director of the county committee's organization department office. Serving as the director of the Broadcasting and Television Bureau for 5 years may have been the busiest, most tiring, most difficult, yet fulfilling, most glorious, and most memorable 5 years in Fenggang's life. At that time, the broadcasting bureau was a chaotic mess with restless hearts, stagnant careers, numerous contradictions, and numerous difficulties. Fenggang was entrusted with the task of putting theory into practice and promises into action during times of crisis, fully unleashing his talent for helping the world. Be bold and decisive, with a noble and righteous spirit, to rectify the evil and petty tendencies.
